recently I was looking through some of my old blog entries (by recently I mean ten seconds ago) and I saw that you had left me a comment promoting yourself. The comment was left on a post dated June 29 2006...if I remember right it was a Thursday. The post was titled "The Legend of the Pizza Sandwich" -- it was about my search for 7/11's Pizza Sandwich. While I'll admit the post wasn't necessarily one of my better posts I thought it did have some intrinsic entertaining values; however, your comment did not congratulate me at all on my post. In fact you didn't even compliment me or my post. In fact you didn't even acknowledge my post at all.

I was shocked. Gravely so.

Now I saw your comment, your promotion, I thought it was quite respectable and not in any way offensive or in my face. It was a very nice way of promoting oneself. However, I did not bother to visit the site back then, two years ago, because you had totally blown my pizza sandwich off. You guys blow it right off to Kentucky! (I live in Texas, this is a gravely shocking far distance to blow something.)

My point is that in your comment (signed by a man named Fletcher) you said I could come to your site and say whatever I want. You even suggested I just tell you guys to fuck off.

So in light of this and my new found rage of you blowing my pizza sandwich to Kentucky, I would like to take you up on your offer that you offered to me two years ago (which I assume is still a valid offer) and say: Subrosasounds can fuck off.

P.S. I mean no hostilities towards you or your respectable site. I find it delightful. My suggestion is to make a banner of the name Subrosasounds (I assume one word, but maybe it's not) and bookend it with the image of the rose (all reflected for symmetry) and have the background be a sort of trellis garden construction that only exists behind the lettering of the banner. There should be green garden material growing on the trellis and the lettering should be black outline with white fillings. If I am so inclined I will post a mock-up of this banner. I think the trick to the banner is that the font of the letters should be kind of normal without any indication of irony -- as opposed to some kind of "badass" font that the guys at a West Coast motorcycle shop might pair up with a rose to seem ironic and cool and all tough-guy-with-a-"Mother"-tattoo. Feel free to steal this idea and do with it as you please.
